1) Identify the cause of the stress: Be
aware of your state of mind throughout the day. Write down the cause of the
stress, your thoughts, and your mood. Once you know the cause, create a plan
for addressing it. This involves setting reasonable
expectations for yourself and others. Make a list of all your commitments, evaluate
your priorities, and then eliminate any tasks that are not essential.
2) Build strong, positive relationships: Relationships
can be a cause of stress. Negative, argumentative interactions with your
spouse, significant other, friend, or family member can cause immediate changes
in stress-sensitive hormones.
.
3) Rest your mind:
To rest your mind, take a break from technology, watch a funny movie, take a
walk in nature, and create restful rituals before going to bed.
