When
you consistently practice mindfulness
meditation you develop increased gray matter in your brain, this results in a
thicker cortex, in 3 significant regions of the brain: prefrontal areas that
control attention, the insula that is associated with consciousness, and the
hippocampus that is responsible for memory and spatial navigation.
Remember,
clarity and peace of mind will open the door to self-awareness, which will lead
you to the insights you need to accomplish your goals and realize your dreams!
