Recipe of the Day


Sweet and Sour Brussels Sprout Salad


This recipe provides 8 servings (one cup per serving).


Ingredients:

1) 1 pound Brussels sprouts
2) 8 radishes
3) 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4) 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
5) 1 tablespoon sugar
6) 1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
7) 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
8) 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


Instructions:

 Slice Brussels sprouts and radishes in a food processor fitted with a slicing blade. Combine Brussels sprout mixture and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; toss well to coat.

85 calories

Protein: 2 grams
Carbs: 8 grams
Fiber: 3 grams
Sodium: 190 mg
Calcium: 25 mg
