Power Smoothie



Blueberry-Spinach Smoothie



Ingredients:


1) 1 tablespoon lemon juice
2) 1 1/2 cups coconut water
3) 1 cup packed baby spinach
4) 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
5) 2 tablespoons unsalted almonds
6) 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
7) 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
8) 1 cup frozen blueberries



Instructions:



Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth, approx. 30 seconds.
