Power Smoothie





 Berry Smoothie






This recipe provides 1 serving.






1) 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries)
2) 1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
3) 1/2 cup water
4) 1 teaspoon honey
5) 1 tablespoon unsweetened soy protein powder







Instructions:





Combine ingredients in a blender. Pur'ee until smooth; drink immediately.
