A little info about Tofu
Tofu is made from soybean curd.
Tofu is high in protein, B-vitamins, calcium, potassium, iron.
Tofu is low in fat and sodium.
Tofu is abundant in isoflavones which are thought to reduce women's risk of breast cancer.
