Healthy Snack Idea...



1) 6 oz plain nonfat Greek yogurt

2) 1 tablespoon agave

3) 6 fresh apricots, chopped

4) 1 teaspoon lemon zest






Recipe Insight: Although agave has about the same number of calories as honey, agave is sweeter, thus you can use less.
