250 Calorie Snack Idea







Ingredients:





1) 1/2 medium tomato, chopped
2) 1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
3) 2 teaspoons chopped red onion
4) 1 teaspoon cumin
5) 1/2 yellow pepper, sliced
6) 8 baby carrots
7) 6 radishes
8) 2 celery stalks, cut into pieces






Instructions:




Combine black beans, tomato, onion, and cumin in a blender until chunky. Serve as dip for veggies.





Recipe Insight: This snack provides 7 grams of fiber!
