This recipe provides 4 servings.
1) 4 scoops chocolate protein powder
2) 2/3 cup flax meal
3) 1/4 cup water
4) 4 tbsp natural peanut butter, unsalted
5) Use a small amount of sweetener, Stevia, for example, to taste
