Healthy Breakfast Idea

Breakfast Banana Splits

This recipe provides 4 servings.


1) 1/2 cup low-fat, no sugar added plain yogurt
2) 1/2 cup low-fat granola
3) 2 large bananas, moderately ripe
4) 4 teaspoons low-fat cool whip
5) 4 cherries


Slice each banana in half lengthwise. Dredge half of banana in yogurt and then roll in granola until coated. Place on a dish, top with small amount of cool whip, and garnish with a cherry. Repeat with remaining banana halves.
