Classic Chili
*This recipe provides 8 servings.*
Ingredients:
3 pounds lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
2 large onions, chopped
6 cloves of garlic, minced
2 14 ounce can red, black, or white beans, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
2 green peppers, chopped
Directions:
1) Add all ingredients to crock pot.
2) Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
