Healthy Lunch on the Go...

This sandwich is healthy, tasty, and easy to make!


Chicken Salad Wrap



Ingredients:

1 whole-wheat wrap
3 oz chicken breast, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
3/4 cup chopped apple
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp olive oil
3/4 cup baby spinach leaves
2 slices of tomato
