Healthy Dessert


Chocolate Pudding                 Total Time: 10 mins.


Ingredients:

1) 2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, and cut up
2) 3/4 cup plain soy milk
3) 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4) 2 teaspoons vanilla
5) 1/2 cup light agave nectar




Directions:

1) In a blender combine avocados, coca powder, soy milk, agave nectar, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour or spoon into 4 individual serving bowls. Serve immediately.
