Crock Pot Recipe 4
Vegetarian Chili *This recipe provides 6 servings.*
Ingredients:
1) 3 garlic cloves, minced
2) 1 large onion, chopped
3) 1 cup textured vegetable protein
4) 1 lb. can of beans of your choice, drained
5) 1 green bell pepper, chopped
6) 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, chopped
7) 28 oz can diced Italian tomatoes
8) 1 bay leaf
9) 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
10) 1 teaspoon salt
11) 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients in crock pot
2) Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
