Strawberry Salsa

This recipe serves six            prep. time: 15 mins


1 pound of strawberries, hulled and diced
1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions
1 jalapeno , seeded and diced
1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey
1/8 teaspoon of salt


Gently mix ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Serve over chicken, fish or with tortilla chips.
