Chest and Lat. Stretch

Chest and Lat. Stretch

1) Arms at sides
2) Palms face the back of the room
3) Depress shoulders, pull shoulders back, standing in a straight position
4) Soften knees
5) Raise arms forward and up to a V position
6) Avoid arching lower back
7) Exhale and hold for 15-30 seconds
