What is circuit fit and what makes it appealing?

CircuitFit is a unique program that I developed with two primary goals in mind: 1) To achieve positive individual results and 2) To maintain a program that is fun through a variety of exercises.

It is a popular exercise format that can be utilized with all populations and fitness levels, especially those in weight loss programs. Nine to 12 stations comprise the circuit, which alters cardio with machines, hand held weights, elastic resistance and body resistance. This type of workout promotes greater energy expenditure and gets the blood flowing to the working muscles!
