- I utilize the S.M.A.R.T goal system. Keeping goals: specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound.
- Smart goals encourage accountability, serve as a means of measuring progression and success, set the foundation for the destiny cycle and ultimately show the value of my personal training services.
- I work with my client in a collaborative fashion using the destiny cycle. This destiny cycle is a three process approach leading to one’s desired destiny: a successful and rewarding fitness program. This cycle consist the three D’s: Define, Discover and Design leading to the forth D: destiny!

As we know to continually do anything on a habitually basis we absolutely must enjoy whatever it is that we are doing. It only makes sense that you would want to be trained by someone such as myself that has consistently held my passion for fitness throughout my entire life!
